Please note that in order to remain as environmentally conscious as possible, all BirdNote Store products are produced at the time of purchase, which helps minimize production and storage overages. To support this process, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of defects.
Returns or exchanges due to defects must be requested within 30 days of receipt of order by sending a description and photo of your defective item to shop@birdnote.org. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and quality items, but if you have any concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
